I spent most of my life struggling with a perfectionist mindset around nutrition and fitness. After earning a degree in exercise science and navigating my own challenges, I came to a profound realization: the culture surrounding our eating habits and fitness routines is often toxic, fostering unrealistic expectations and harmful habits.
